Once an order is placed, please allow 3 to 6 weeks for your order to be completed and shipped. Currently, we ship to the Continental United States using UPS Second or Next Day delivery and to International addresses via DHL and UPS. Shipping in the United States is free; International shipments are charged according to the option chosen at checkout. You will be notified via email prior to shipping. Because deliveries are signature required (no exceptions), should you need to reschedule please notify us immediately and we will accommodate your request.

Because we require signature at delivery, we do not ship to PO Boxes, certain business offices and/or APO/FPO addresses. All jewelry is shipped insured on our behalf. Should your package arrive damaged, please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately at or at 914-236-4295. Please note: Once you sign for a package, you are liable for the items.

Returns & Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the custom nature or our business, all pieces are made to order and do not qualify for a return. Because we do not accept returns, we also do not accept exchanges. Should you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours or receipt. We do not accept returns for any other reason.
